They have called seven times in the past week. We never pick up, and they never leave a message. We are on the Do Not Call list.

Haven't bothered to answer. Number changes daily. The Discount Center is a scam telemarketer trying to get people to switch electric providers. This number is a switched number. They're also calling Con Edison electric customers doing the same thing. We got that call, too, even though we're with Duquesne Light.
These are scams.

Caller ID says Discount Center. I never answer and they never leave voicemails. I figured that if it was important enough that they call everyday that they would leave a message. Reading the last to commentsI think that I am going to answer and tell them to stop calling.

We get calls from this number every single day. They do not leave a message and it simply comes up on the caller ID as "McKeesport, PA." And even though we will NEVER answer these calls because it's a number we don't recognize and we don't do business with or know anyone from there, it's still annoying.

So i answered this call today and it was Public Power. Its through PPL Eletric.
