Says they're Anthem Blue Cross calling with an important reminder. Weird

Got a call and message from this number. It was Anthem Blue Cross following up on some recent health related activity.

due to recent f...ed of anthem releasing 80 millions financial and personal information to hackers, watch these calls. this is happening to me and asking for my BD. the phone is one way and no one response. i think this is fraud. watch out.

Got a call from this number.  Same scenario as others.  Claim to be Blue Cross and leave another number.  When you call they ask for your date of birth. Hung up.  Probably phone phishing.

Repeated unanswered calls from Anthem BC 412-894-1581, called this number back "...you have reached a number that has been disconnected...".
