The ph# is registered to Anthony A & Clement A Smarra.
Mr Clement Smarra (works for the school district?) and a Mr C. Anthony Smarra (a recruiter for the boilermaker's union?), however it was a female's voice. Possibly "Janet" (born 1944) at the same address or "Kelly", "Lisa", "Susie", "Christine" or "Kathi"

The person called at 11PM PA time, 8PM OR time and sounded drunk.
My sister is sure it was a call that was instigated by Rachel Brice Boyle aka sweet*cherry*pops, as it was in reference to some ads she (my sister) had posted for me in Oregon, however the drunk person hadn't rehearsed her story well enough and hung up on me when I questioned why she was calling from PA on a local ad.
