These people have called me for years, and there is NEVER anyone on the other end. Today on another web site I found the information:

 The caller ID may show "AMRCN", or "&BPK", and they have a lot of different phone numbers (must be a trunk line), but ususally 412-856-xxxx. I have received unwanted phone calls for years from these yahoos. Today I called 412-856-8508 and spoke politely to someone who answered "American Windows, how can I help you?" I asked him to remove my number from his automatic dialer and he said, "I hope they weren't rude". THEREFORE HE ADMITTED THAT HIS COMPANY USES AUTOMATIC DIALERS, and I have kept a log for years, and AMERICAN WINDOWS shows up as 412-856-7898, and 412-856-7895, and today a new one emerged, 717-933-6652.  They may also use 412-856-8467 or 412-856-8117 or 412-856-7207, so it must be a trunk line.
  Give them a call at 412-856-8508 :)   Ask them politely to remove your number from their dialer :) You might also want to tell them that you will NEVER buy any products from them. :)
