Seems like a sales call

Sales call.  Caller was rude and hung up loudly when he was told I was not going to be interested.  I called back to make sure they know not to ever call me again, and it was busy.

Received a call from this number 9:30 Saturday a.m.  Caller would not identify her company and laughed when I told her I would not talk with her until she identified the company.  Said they did work in our neighborhood.  Constant busy signal when try to call back, or trying to transfer to another number.
