They called me at work.

This is PNC Bank proactive customer service call phone number.

They call almost everyday.  I'm not even a PNC customer nor do I have any affiliation with them.

They call my house several times a week, but never leave a message.  I am a PNC customer, too, but don't understand why they wouldn't just leave a message so I can call them back.  Duh.

They called this afternoon around 2:30 p.m. EST but did not leave a message. If this is a call from PNC Bank, I recently sent them emails online asking account related questions and also recently conducted business with an associate at a branch location. My account is not overdrawn and I have no outstanding applications, so perhaps this is just a courtesy call to follow up on their customer service.
