All these BS calls coming from area code 412 and exchange 213 ... with various last four digits.  I never answer because when I google the numbers I see that these are annoyance solicitation calls for electric service.  I just got this number not even 5 minutes ago.  I immediately called it back (through my employers main trunk number), and it's a "not in service" BS answer you get.  Well ... IT IS IN SERVICE if it's making unwanted calls.  There HAS to be a place to report these repetitive numbers to.  As for me?  I give them the same treatment they give me ... I don't answer either and then they get my recorded "out of service" answer.  Two can play at that game A-holes!  My family and friends have been told to text me when they get that message so I can call them back.  These idiots get the same dead-end I get when I call them back.  I'd love to know how they got a hold of my cell phone since it wasn't given out except to family and friends.  All businesses have my home phone number and I don't get these calls there.
