Received a call from these *@#s tonight. They called a few days ago from 412-773-8566 (Outreach Assoc). Both times I blocked them permanently.

Have been getting calls from 412-773-8570; 8568; 8560 etc. If I answer there is no one there, just strange background noise. If I call them back, I get a recording. I left a message for them to stop calling me.
