This people keep calling me and do not leave a message. After about the 10th call, I finally picked up and they asked to speak to the person in charge of the PECO bill. I now have them blocked.

This is just another phone number being used by the same electric co scammers. We don't even have PECO (Philadelphia Electric Co). The other numbers they've used are being blocked.

they just rang but left no message. caller id "out of the area". this pattern seems to fit the "scammers"
