They called wanting my SSN/mailing address/DOB and full name. If you knew who you were calling you would not need this information.

Appears to be IC Systems, bottom-feeding zombie debt collectors for out-of-date medical bills. Ignore or block them - they operate outside the law and are nothing but vultures.
