Got a cal from an unknown caller.

Asked for someone I never heard of and hung up.

Called me at work, heard breathing, no response.

CALLED ME AT 10:35 PM!  who is this?

this is verizon DSL tech support they left a voice mail.  what [***].  I was on support with them for almost an hour, then suddenly she told me at 8:35 she would call me back in three minutes.  it is TWO HOURS later, not to mention 10:35 PM on a saturday night that she is just now calling me back, for a problem I ended up figuring out myself.  TERRIBLE customer service outsourced to INDIA.
