IRS Lawsuit called 2 times in 3 hrs

Got a call from this number that it was my final notice and they were filing a lawsuit against me. I called back they answered immeidately and seemed to have my name, address, phone number. I told them I think this is a scam and the guy said ok if I think so hang up. Then I said give me the details you have and he hung up.

... that our government can not (will not) go after these creeps and shut them down and throw them in jail

IRS I owe them money.  I actually called them back to give them hell.  The person answered as the IRS and when I called him out and told him he was not the IRS he said that he knew that and hung up.
