Called again. No response this time.

Called in the middle of the business day, and laughed into the phone "hahah..  ah man.."

??

Seriously?  Don't people have something better to do?

Called my business and asked for the owner. I asked her to identify herself. She said they were with Card Merchant Services. The Caller ID said Unknown Name so I said 'if you're a legitimate business how come the caller ID said unknown name?' and she hung up. I think that's pretty clear they are just running a scam of some sort.

they ref to give a contact name and i dont acept credit cards very rude and they hang up on you the call every day

I get calls from this number 3 or more times a day when I ask them to stop calling they laugh and hang up. I have called Total Merchant Services and they have advised me to act interested in what they are offering and try to get proof of what they are doing. Then contact the gov. fraud department. I hope it works because for a small business owner theses calls are annoying!
