I've received 3 calls in the past 24 hours from this number.  If I don't recognize the number I don't pickup.  Apparently Pennsylvania's DO NOT CALL lists DO NOT have any effect on phone solicitors.  I think these lists should also apply to political and religious organizations.  DO NOT CALL means DO NOT CALL.
