Caller implies that they can assist in lowering your Peco Bill. Calls all the time. It's a recorded message and never leaves a message. I don't answer my phone anymore,period.

call to "lower" my Duquesne light bill.

I told her I already signed with another company and to please take me off their call list, [***] just hung up without saying anything.

I really wish the federal government would get something right, I'm on the do not call list and yet get calls from spoofed numbers all the time!!!!!!!

Caller ID says Pittsburgh - automated message telling me that as a Duquesne Light Customer I am eligible to lower my rate - press 0  blah, blah blah

I just got a call from this number also, no message left. No one answers when I call back.

Showed up on my caller id.
