Said I qualify for some govt energy assistance program and I should get my electric bill ready. Waited and talked to some rep. Wanted to know which electric company I had, PP&L or PennElec or something like that. When I advised her I had neither, she said I shouldn't be receiving these calls and hung up. I didn't get a chance to ask who I call to get the assistance.
