I didn't recognize this number so I called it back once the phone stopped ringing. A woman answered saying she was with 'Life Energy'. I am presuming it is another solicitation call concerning our energy provider. We get a ton of those types of calls. I immediately hung up because if I want to change my provider, I'll call the companies not the other way around.

Called and ask for person in charge on penelec electric bill. So sick of these calls.

They keep calling me on a local number 412-453-6470, saying they are Penn Power calling about a bill, leave no information. My number they are calling has not been owned for 1 1/2 years, and never has been used in anyway. How they got it, I don't know. I think it's a scam. They tell me to call 866-773-2494 back, I blocked them after 3 calls.
