Same here, only rang twice, by the time I got my cell out to look at it, they had hung up. Didn't leave a message. My guess is its a telemarketer using an automatic dialer in PA.

I do not wish to be bothered by this number. I do not appreciate telemarketers disrupting me in my place of business and my home. It needs to stop
