Unwanted cell phone call from 412-430-0441. No message.  Ugh.

I am on the no-call list and have been for many years. and yes, I renew it each time it's necessary. I am repeatedly getting telemarketer calls with either a recording to call them or to push a number to disconnect from their list. I do not do either, since there are so many off-shore and overseas scams that could cost me money. I need to learn how to BLOCK unwanted callers, I guess.
