Received a call from this number, but a message was not left. I traced the number to a land line in Pittsburgh, PA. I called it back and got the voicemail of "Jennifer Maloney." It sounded like a personal line until she said press 0# for immediate assistance. I did so, and there was an automated message stating that I had reached Student Services.
