"SSI".  Social Security? Why would they phone me at 5:30 pm on a Sunday?

They said it was from petco when they just called me

If you have a Petco card and recently shopped there, they are probably doing a survey on your recent experience.  Since your card is linked to your phone number, that is how they got it.

Caller ID was SSI.

After greeting the caller the woman asked to speak with my manager. I let her know I was confused by that request and asked to know why she was calling. She reported that she was calling for a customer satisfaction survey. Asked for what company, she reported Tucker Worldwide.

I placed her on hold, after picking the line back up I let her know the party she was trying to reach was unavailable and if she'd like to leave a message, she didn't.

She spoke fast with an accent. I caught the word survey and that she wanted to ask a few questions. I said no thank you and she immediately hung up.
