Caller ID was SSI.
After greeting the caller the woman asked to speak with my manager. I let her know I was confused by that request and asked to know why she was calling. She reported that she was calling for a customer satisfaction survey. Asked for what company, she reported Tucker Worldwide.
I placed her on hold, after picking the line back up I let her know the party she was trying to reach was unavailable and if she'd like to leave a message, she didn't.
