Got a call from "Becky White" claiming to be from the pre trial processing dept for the state of PA.  Stating that there is a complaint against me that must be carried out immediately and they will be pursuing me at my place of employment and residence.  That my right to resolve this case with the plaintiff outside of court has been forfeited and for me to "fax" their legal department at 855-297-4289.

Total scam.  Any legal issues will be mailed to you not delivered via a phone call.  DO NOT CALL these people back and give them any information.

They keep calling me stating that I have an unpaid payday loan with one of their clients since 2009. Also stated they can't fax me paperwork because they don't have a fax machine. Also stated if I make a payment they will then send me paperwork via mail.
