Be careful about getting ignorant with them.  I was a subscriber to the post gazette in the past, so they had all of my info.  I don't know what I said, but the operator was able to sign me up for it again.  It's taken me two months dealing with the post gazette directly to get them to STOP delivering the paper and now they want me to pay for it.

Lesson learned- just block this number.  Do not engage with them at all.

They call twice a day sometimes, at least once a week

Did something stupid and signed up for a subscription before investigating this company online.  I immediately called my credit card company and told them not to pay the charge.  They told me I had to call Tel-Start and cancel the subscription.  After an endless "Your call is important to us....:please stay on the line while I transfer you to the operator..." I finally reached someone so I could cancel the subscription.  He would not give me a cancellation number and was irritated with my request.  I called my credit card and they said nothing had yet been charged.  When and if it is, they will initiate a dispute.  I blocked the phone number because I, too, was getting several calls daily.

Telemarketer for the Post Gazette in Pittsburg.  I've been repeatedly called by them, even though I'm on the Do Not Call registry, so I've now filed a complaint against them with the BBB.  Even though they aren't members of BBB, you can report them--complaints ding against their rating so it's to their advantage to put you on their internal do not call list.  The more complaints, the lower their rating -- at least that's better than nothing done by complaining to the Natl do not call registry.

I keep getting calls from a tel corp penn and I paid my Post-Gazette bill online I blocked this company before but a ring still gets through. I want my name and number removed from their system. The Post Gazette can mail me a bill if I owe them anything in the future.
