Calls every morning @ 5;30 AM on Wife's cell phone, called back non working number.

Calling that early is illegal. Next time it happens, take the number down and file a complaint

This person calls all the time ...i block on verizon cell for 6 montths at a time and the it starts all over again.....oh well I'll keep it blocked...who would i complain too?
