I got the same call. I'm PISSED! Because they have my social and obviously my family members phone number. I'm hiring a attorney to protect my identity

The other day I received a call from a lady named Sofia Martin, stating that she was an arbitration lawyer trying to collect a debt from Green Corp Cash. I do recall a payday loan from them, but the lady called and said that I am out of my statute of limitation, and if I dont pay the balance of $1800+ that criminal charges were going to be filed on me, 26% of my pay will be garnished, I will not be able to get a bank account, and my license will be suspended for 3 years. Unfortunately, I gave her my credit card info, and my bank acct was charged. Now I am reading online that the company RSR & Associates is a scam company. I did not know the name of the company before, because she never would tell me, she just said she was an arbitration lawyer. She kept putting me on hold to talk to the lawyers from Greencorp is what she stated. They sound sketchy and now I need to clearly file a police report.

I got the same call and most def a scam! I received the same call from another company about a week ago that was a scam too. So I politely filed a report against them!
