Got a call from this number today.  The lady on the line wanted my home address (to verify it)--When I asked why she said that it was for personal business matters.  I don't have an account with PNC bank and have zero dealings with them in the past.  So I asked her again why she was calling and she said that she couldn't continue unless I verified my address.  At this point I told her that I want to opt out of whatever she is offering and I ended the call.

They claim to be  PNC Bank Financ, that is what the caller i.d. says.
They left a number 855-460-1314.

To Jim and 800notes:  This number called me twice this am without leaving a msg.  Thanks to Jim's note I realized it was the PNC responding to my FAX of yesterday (even though customer service said it would be 10 days!)  In addition, I got an inside phone number for a live person from the post which customer service refuses to give.  Great coordinated job!

Left a message saying they were PNC Bank, asked for a person by name that I've never heard of, and isn't close to my name, and I've had this same phone number for 15+ years.
