Got a phone call from this number. No voice message left

answering machine picked up and I could hear what appeared to be telemarketing noise in the background. No message left and they hung up.

I called this number via "text to landline" over 250 times. Jammed their phone lines. It actually put them out of service for a couple hours. They call and call and I keep pressing the number to get off their calling list, but they keep calling. Maybe this will deter them!
