Caller ID read "Final Notice" - went into voice mail where no message was left.  PIA

Caller ID read McKeesport, PA.  Went to voice mail and no message was left.

Same first report, id read "final notice" went to vm and no  message was left.  Looks like another call to the FCC. Someone, somewhere needs to get these people.  It is disgusting, one of these days someone is going to fall, or have a heart attack over these calls.  I have relatives who are ill and when the phone rings, I run, every time it happens I make a log of the call, time of call and if they left a message and my family is aware that if I get injured they are to call an attorney immediately.  

I actually answered the phone, even though I did not recognize the number.  He said, "Hello.  My name is Ray."  Then said something about my vehicle.  Since I no longer live in PA, I don't know why he bothered calling.  Plus, he was extremely rude.....hanging up before I finished my one sentence response.

Just received the call, it was from Final Notice, I didnt answer and no message was left.
