Did not recognize phone number which claimed to originate in McKeesport, PA. I sent a robo-text saying I was too busy to talk. The call did not go to voice mail so I'm suspecting it is a robo-call. On researching the number further, I've found that it is possibly a credit card scam to "lower your interest rates." Since nothing has been mentioned here on 800notes yet, I thought I would pass on what little information I have.
