got a call from this number. Said he was C. J. Miller - a mediator for Westmoreland County.
Case #27421 legal matter pending against me in Westmoreland County.
Called my father's home - haven't lived at that address since I was a teenager.
Really??????????? Who are these people?????

They are debt collectors using illegal intimidation tactics. You can easily check with the Westmoreland County Clerk of Courts and determine there are no lawsuits filed against you. In addition, if you do not live in Westmoreland County, lawsuits to collect on a debt must be filed in the county of your residence.
