No one's going to court.  Bank fraud is a crime and is handled by police and public prosecutors.  No debt collector is involved in prosecuting anyone for anything. If you were suspected of that crime you'd have been interviewed by members of law enforcement on a face-to-face basis.  In any event,  being in ordinary civil debt is NOT a crime and you cannot be prosecuted for it.

There is also no way a civil debt can be magically transformed into bank fraud.

People calling from this number call themselves "Arbitration Management Group".    Which goes with the AMG CID mentioned earlier ono this thread.

Note that several companies use the AMG acronym.
