I registered on PeopleSmart and did a reverse number look up.  Seems this is a Spoofed Number to give you the impression it's coming out of PA.  It's actually Texas based.  The number is owned by:

CEASE AND DESIST ALL CALL TO 5043732647

I got a call from an unnamed woman calling from 412-346-1349, case # MDD2316, saying I had "2 fraudulent check charges" and a "summons would be served at your place of employment". I was told to call the legal department at 412-346-1349.  A few minutes later, received a call from 414-433-4773 from a "Jeremy Miller" regarding "fraudulent check charges" that will be filed against me, they will be calling my employer to find out how to serve summons on me, I should "call the plaintiff" filing the charges against me. Gave case # MDD2316, callback number as 855-861-2249. Hmmm. Something not right here. Scam?

Multiple voicemails a day saying 2 fraud charges were attached to my name and SSN. She said I would be receiving summons from my county's sheriff's dept. She gave me a case number and phone number to call. My name wasn't correct and she didn't leave her name or a company she was affiliated with. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize but the voice mails that repeat themselves over and over and over are getting old. Home phone and cell. I will be doing everything I can to block these calls or stop them all together.
