Claims I have been charged with fraudulent bank activity or fraudulent checks, I don't even have a bank account, we use prepaid debit/credit cards for all our transactions or cash. I put our numbers on the do not call list but so far it hasn't worked.

I was contacted by the number 4123461349 claiming that they were the process sumit devision, stating that will be charged with fraudual activity, also indicating the case number which is a fake.they are a fraud company that is a harassing me.

I just received a call from -412-346-1349, telling me I have 2 charges against me and that I will be served papers

Hi Lindsay. I received the same phone call today from the same number. He said he's name was James Morrison and that I had 2 fraudulent charges against my name and papers were gonna be served on me. He said I owed $1000 but could settle out of court for $240. He said I owed this since 1998. That's 16 years ago. It has me so scared. I was gonna send him the money tommorrow till I checked up on this number and seen where others are saying it's a scam.
