They are bottom feeders and spam scammers! DO NOT give them any personal info nor speak to them, just block the number! They keep saying the name of someone I've never heard of, and repeating you have been notified you're being charged with two counts of fraudulent activity attached to your name and social security. The name of the company nor the charges are never mentioned. A phone number and case number is given along with a threat of dire consequences if the person does not contact them. It's always a machine never an actual person on the phone. Damn [***]!

FRAUD ALERT!!! The caller left official sounding message that there are fraud counts filed against me by a lending agency I have never heard of, or dealt with. Claim to be a company called "pre trial services" and threatened to "serve me at my job to appear regarding the 2 counts of fraud against me in my county". Although they stated the message was for a name that is not mine.  HANG UP and DO NOT provide any information. SCAM. REPORT THEM TO THE FBI, FCC AND BBB. BLOCK THEIR NUMBER AND ACT AS IF YOU DIDN'T GET THE CALL

They called me saying I will be served by an officer, if I don't settle out of court. Report my SS is being put on hold by government. I called them and told them call was being recorded and she said so is mine and than hung up phone on me. My local police called them. They claim I owed money from a payday lender and I never signed up with them but they have my social security, drivers license, and email and my closed bank account!!!

Just got a call tonight they stated the same thing two counts of fraud wow there are a bunch of people on here with 2 counts of fraud anyone on here have 1 or or 3 counts of fraud kinda strange they only use the number 2 scam they have been blocked plus my faster is a real lawyer so who ever these people are bring it on.
