I just received a call from this number. The girl said she was looking for the person who handles the Duquesne Light bill. I said he was unavailable, did she want to leave a message? She said she would try back and abruptly hung up. I keep getting calls from these companies saying they want to "save us money on our electric bill," and no matter how many times I ask them to take me off their lists, they keep calling.
