I always get phone calls from 412 area codes. Normally, they will call and not leave a message. I got a voicemail from this number, with just some background noise, with a young girl laughing at the end of it. Not like a sinister laugh or anything, it just sounded as if the people on the other end didn't know they were leaving a voicemail.

Regardless, the constant daily calls I get from the 412 area code is pretty annoying. I wish I knew some way to block that area code...
