Number called my phone an actually left a message (lol) said he was from a company called Dynamic Recovery Solutions said needed to talk to someone, he didn't say whom and said to call  this number  877-821-1658 so I did a google search on that number  and  it is reported to be a scam trying to collect monies from people. Looks like they  do random robo calls to contact unsuspecting victims for money they do not owe. They have been known to change numbers to continue the scam,  I also had found them  on the rip off report where people fell for their hype. Anyway, Number blocked  was my solution. Hope this helps.
