What exactly do you mean by "you are using a 412 number to bypass the do not call list"?  What does the area code they are calling from have to do with adhering or not adhering to the Do Not Call list?  Do you even have any idea at all as to how the Do Not Call list actually functions?

Express scripts pharmacy mail order.   They call from this number to let you know an order has begun processing or shipped.    Legit business, no cause for alarm.

If this is a real company why does my prescription insurance not have it on file as a valid number and the number that calls ask for personal info?  IT'S A SCAM!  They are aiming for the disabled and elderly to steal personal info.  Good luck with being so trustful, as it may burn you in the end

Is a robot for Medco/Express scripts Pharmacy announcing the scheduled shipping of RX items to your address or communications that they need to speak with you about your order.
The calling service appears to have been hired out or subcontracted to Windstream Comunications in PA, USA whos computer systems do the actual calling for their client.
