Just received this cause also.  Catamaran - formerly catalyst RX.  It's a prescription drug provider doing a survey.  They did leave a voice mail

I too am receiving calls from this number, It appears it is a survey for Catamaran which is Catalyst prescricition medication. The company gives a discount fir Walgreens if you purchase meds there. I don't know if it is associated with Cigna Insurance, but that is what we have.
