I totally agree with the "Yes" recorded response being an opening to a scam.

I set my default ring tone to "silent" and assign an audible ring tone to everyone in my contacts list. I never hear these calls, but if it is important, they can leave a message. They rarely do, however.

This number called a while ago.I never answered because I already knew what the deal was.These damn idiots never get enough of aggravating you.
