412-223-0353 called again today for no other reason than to harass me because I told the guy I am not interested in his "free" disney vacation. Being polite and saying no means you will get a bunch more calls to punish you for not falling for their latest scam. There's no winning. We should blame the telephone/cable companies who can tell you when you watched what and for how long, who you called, who called you, how long you talked, etc. etc. BUT they won't help us stop these irritants. I got a call from 412 223-0353 and the caller ID said Pennsylvania. I did not answer and based on the info above will simply add this number to my Auto Reject List.
