This company claims to be a debt collector. When calling my phone, they ask for someone whom (as far as I know) has never owned this number (I've had it since 2009). Even when corrected and asked repeatedly to stop calling, we are greeted with robo calls that are immediately answered by a live person thereafter. When not greeter by the robo "hello", they simply hang up on you. These calls come in as early as 8am and as late as 8:30pm. I figure if they figure out a live person answers the call, they keep calling you. Best option I find to answer for wrong number debt collectors is to simply answer as a business center "Thank you for calling Swamp Services, how can I help you?" For some reason, they don't bother to call back after that. In the case it's legit, simply interrupt them and request a fax number and company address. That way you can request they cease calling you and you can request to receive mail correspondence (if that!) Hope it helps someone.
