Rang on my "Do Not Call" listed cell phone just once.  Hung up w/o leaving a message.

Rang on my unlisted once and hung up

got this call. told me I was a finalist for 25K and two round trip airfare.  Then started asking about me income.  I hung up and blocked the number.

Calls leave no message annoying always at odd times and I am on the no call list

They are trying to to sale credit card insurance like Life Lock they say they will mail you a check for 100.00 if you look over material it's nothing more then shady marketing.
