Except it's not actually Peco calling, it's a scam caller.

Got the same call for discount on Peco. I hung up. No way I am giving any info on my electric bill. If I did, some one can get a credit card with the info.

called 7:22 p.m. 8-10-16 hung up when answering machine picked up
