Probably start calling less if they're not getting anything from your number. Don't allow them the option to leave messages. Little can be accomplished by them leaving anything unless it's bogus IRS threats and there's more to gain from a live voice. Some kind of answer will keep your phone ringing, enough times of getting no kind of answer, they get tired of wasting time with numbers that offer nothing.
