Probably is a scam asking for a donation of twenty five or thirty five dollars.  Police don't ask for donations.

Since this number is very similar to others I have received (i.e. 412-200-1971) then it's probably an Energy company trying to get your business. Since 98% of my calls on my landline are from scammers, I am skeptical. If they were legit, why do they have to keep changing their phone number? Be careful.
