I also am subjected to this form of annoyance. I too was driving, answered using Bluetooth. I am a nurse who is frequently on call and answer. This woman, (not "lady" by any definition), was unusually driven and rude. This needs to be handled with a serious and firm imposition of penalty . Too many seniors and inexperienced citizens fall prey to this form of harassment and incur great harm from this. Additionly, there is a practice known as "slamming ". Do not answer any of their questions with a "Yes",or any form of affirmative phrase. It is recorded and used thereon for grievous activity. Aiso ask them for the name of their company.Upon denial to so, say you will be reporting this to the Attorney General's office for your state. We must employ any means to help end this.I believe this started when I was researching consolidated insurance quotes on-ine.
