received call on 1/11/11. name not found. am on a no call list. cannot ascertain reason for call. left no message on ans. machine.

I have received dozens of these calls in the last few days. I have not been home and there are no messages just calls on the call log on my phone. This is my home land line that they call on.

When I answer the phone, there is just silence. I can hear noise in the background but nobody says anything. Eventually they will hang up.
