This number and 412-039-2734 have been calling (ID's only as 'Pennsylvania') and leaving hang-up messages.  I accidentally picked up today and the person calling asked to speak to "the person who handles the Duquesne Light account".  Not wanting to deal with a sales pitch from some alternative energy shill, which this obviously was, I said it was my husband and what could I do for them instead.  He hung up.  Asshat.

I assume this marketing strategy works for some people, because so many stupid companies employ it, but it just makes me want to find out which companies these are and NEVER EVER patronize them.  EVER.
