Have received several calls from this number. I haven't been around at the time to answer the phone. The fact that there are no exchanges that start with 0 seems like it might be some sort of scammer to me. I tried to figure out who it was by inserting the numbers 2 thru 9 for the 0 but had no luck.

Called Saturday at 11:16 AM -- Pennsylvania is only id -- could be a cell phone. Lots of pest calls these days for political matters. Also for "energy choice" nonsense. Seems like this is a new number, but somehow, the "065" looks familiar....
